Slide the pin in, the door stays locked. Wish to keep it unlocked? There’s a great integrated storage feature to securely hold the pin and keep it in a raised position to indicate it’s not locked for ease of use.
Able to be installed with only adhesive and prevent children under 5 from opening doors. Use the included screws for additional strength and to prevent larger, stronger or older children as well.

Strength:
- 225psi tensile strength adhesive, strong enough to provide ~25lbs of pulling resistance
- Use the included wood screws to increase strength to ~60lbs of pulling resistance
- 60lbs is the minimum pull out strength as indicated for eastern pine when also used with adhesive
Mounting:
- Recommended to mount at least 60″ high to prevent any assisted reaching or older children.
